The Anaheim Ducks have announced that they have signed forward Andrew Cogliano to a three-year contract extension on Friday.

The 30-year-old forward has been extended through the 2020-21 season.

After making his NHL debut in October 2007, Cogliano has played in every game, not missing one in 10 years. He was drafted in the first round, 25th overall, by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.

On November 3rd, he became the fourth player in NHL history to play in 800 consecutive games and only the second to do it from the start of his career.

Cogliano played the first 328 games of his career with the Oilers and then the Ducks acquired him for a second-round pick in 2011 where he has played his next 501 - before getting this extension that will allow him to play in Anaheim much longer.

In 43 games so far this season with the Ducks, Cogliano has tallied five goals and 18 points.

Cogliano doesn’t appear to be slowing down.
