The Chicago Blackhawks might have won five consecutive games, not everybody is thrilled about their part in the team's success. And now, there seems to be heavy consequences for a veteran forward.
Patrick Sharp has scored just one goal since Oct. 18 — and he looks to be paying the price tonight. The 35-year-old veteran looks to be a healthy scratch for tonight's game against the Dallas Stars.
It's a tough blow for Sharp, who would most likely enjoy facing his former teammates in Dallas, where he spent two seasons.
In 33 games with the Hawks, Sharp has recorded three goals and nine points thus far.
