The New York Ranger have called up forward Vinni Lettieri to the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL) on Friday.

The 22-year-old has been called up for the second time this season, after he skated in three games in late December, registering one goal and one assist for two points, along with eight shots on goal.

He tallied his first career NHL goal while making his NHL debut on Dec. 29 against the Detroit Red Wings, and he registered his first career NHL assist on Jan. 7 against the Golden Knights in Vegas.

He was signed by the Rangers as an undrafted free agent on March 27, 2017.

The move has been made now that the Rangers are done with the bye week.

The Rangers are back in action tomorrow afternoon to face the New York Islanders.
