Ovechkin had been waiting long enough!

While the Washington Capitals might have preferred to win the first Stanley Cup of their franchise of their history back home in D.C., you have to admit the victorious players were in the best place possible to party hard and celebrate the biggest feat of their career. The Capitals’ 4-3 victory in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup final — a comeback win that sealed the first championship in their franchise history — was simply heartbreaking for the Vegas Golden Knights, however, Sin City still managed to offer the rival champions a party they will never forget.

According to TMZ Sports, the Capitals did not go too far to party with the Cup following the game, heading to the nightclub Hakkasan at the MGM Grand — where the entire team, coaching staff, management, owners and fans went all out to celebrate the victory over the Golden Knights.

The team partied with DJ Tiesto, who was in charge of the music and festivities at the club, and he even invited the entire team to join him in the VIP area behind the DJ booth to party with the Cup. The famous DJ even got to hoist the prestigious trophy in the air in front of a lively crowd of fans and supporters.

Once again, according to TMZ Sports, Capitals team management paid for the entire party and the bill reportedly ended up around  $100,000. This amount reached this high number mostly because of all of the champagne, beer and liquor the Capitals players poured into the cup.

For some, the celebration had started as soon as captain Alex Ovechkin hoisted the Cup on the ice back at the T-Mobile Arena. While the Capitals players were celebrating the Cup by doing the traditional lap around the ice with Ovechkin hoisting the trophy high and proudly, a fan appeared to be even more excited than the champions themselves. In a video since then posted all over social media, a pretty woman in the front row near the bay window thought it best to reward her favorite team by flashing the players.

Dressed in a short white dress, she flashed her breasts for several seconds, long enough for several Caps players, including forward Andre Burakovsky and defensefan Michal Kempny to notice and react, amused by the surreal situation as they were just crowned champions.

The images were also captured live on TV and have of course spread like wildfire on social media.
