Could Montreal Canadiens general manager Marc Bergevin ultimately regret the trade that sent Torrey Mitchell to the Los Angeles Kings, in exchange of a conditional fifth-round pick?
The 32-year-old forward was traded to LA at the end of November, a move that seemed pretty insignificant at first as some players were fighting for a spot on the team's fourth line.
But after seven games with the Kings, it looks like Mitchell has finally started to produce. NHL Network's Dennis Bernstein noted that he had a significant impact with the team over the last few games:
He wasn't able to record a single point in 11 games with Montreal this year.
Do you still believe the Habs won this trade, considering they won only 30% of the faceoffs in Ottawa on Saturday?
