The St. Louis Blues unveiled their third jersey for the upcoming 2018-19 season yesterday and vintage hockey fans are going to absolutely LOVE the “new” look.

Check out these beauties, heavily inspired by the team’s inaugural 1967-68 uniforms:

So fresh, so clean… love those colors and that vintage look. Everything about this jersey just screams, “old school hockey!”

As for the players, well… they’re loving the look too. Check out some of these comments:

*Vladimir Tarasenko:*“It’s nice we have a third jersey that’s connected to the team’s history. When you look at the past years, you see the players who wore this jersey before and it just gives you more responsibility. It’s more fun for fans when you have more than two jerseys, and I really like the design. I think fans will like it.”
*Alex Pietrangelo:*“It brings back all the memories that you had as a kid, growing up and looking at old pictures of the Blues. It brings back that old-school staple and pays tribute to all those guys that have built this organization to get it to where it is. We’re here now because of them, and we can pay tribute to that. The fans, along with the players, will have a really good response to this jersey.”
*Alexander Steen:*“This is my favorite jersey in the NHL. Period.”
*Colton Parayko:*“Just the overall look of this jersey, especially how it pays tribute to the original Blues uniforms, is great. I loved wearing this look at the Winter Classic, and I look forward to wearing it again this season.”
*Pat Maroon:*“That original jersey was one of my favorites growing up. Going back to that and wearing it at home is going to be pretty cool. I think the fans are really going to enjoy this jersey. It’s going to be a special feeling when I put that jersey on.”

The Blues will wear the new “Heritage” jersey for 11 home games next season:
