Pittsburgh Penguins forward Dominik Simon missed the team practice this morning as he is dealing with illness, and he will be a game-time decision for tonight's matchup against the Colorado Avalanche, hockey insider Josh Getzoff reported on Twitter. Simon played four games with the Penguins since his call up, registering two points.

Drafted 137th by Pittsburgh in 2015, the 23-year old forward played nine games in the NHL so far, registering four points. At the AHL level this season, the Prague, Czech Republic native scored three goals and added 13 assists for 16 points in 20 games.

The Penguins will already be without forward Patric Hornqvist tonight, as he is dealing with an upper-body injury.
