The Ottawa Senators will be without forward Gabriel Dumont tomorrow night to face the Minnesota Wild, as reported on Twitter by TSN 1200. Dumont suffered an ankle injury on Saturday against the Montreal Canadiens.
Ottawa claimed Dumont off waivers from the Tampa Bay Lightning on November 22nd. Drafted 139th overall by the Montreal Canadiens in 2009, Dumont played 75 games in the NHL with Montreal, Tampa Bay and Ottawa, registering eight points. At the AHL level, the 27-year old forward registered 235 points in 462 games played (regular season and playoffs included).
The Senators are currently sixth in the Atlantic division with a record 11-13-7.
