The Edmonton Oilers look like they may be turning their season around, and right on time appears to be a huge return to the line up.
While there has not been any official announcement at the time of this writing, there are now a ton of rumors suggesting that 31-year-old veteran defenseman Andrej Sekera is set to make his season debut for the Edmonton Oilers.
Sekera has been out of the line up since suffering a major injury, a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee, during the Oilers Stanley Cup Playoff run at the end of last season.
The Oilers have reportedly been desperately searching for help on the blue line all season, but they may be getting a huge boost in that regard without having to give up anything as early as this week.
TSN's Jason Gregor believes that barring any setbacks Sekera will play Thursday when the Oilers face off against the Buffalo Sabres.
