Andersen continues to struggle with the puck.

Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Frederik Andersen has had his share of struggles with controlling the puck effectively this season, and on Thursday night the trend continued in an awful way for the Leafs.

A huge misplay from late in the second period gave San Jose Sharks center Chris Tierney what was effectively a freebie of a goal, and one that cost the Maple Leafs their lead in the game.

To make matters worse, the game would see no more goals in regulation and Andersen's mistake would prove to be the difference maker between a regulation win for the Leafs and an eventual overtime, which is what we got.

You know goaltending coach Steve Briere is going to have a talk with Andersen about this mistake.
